Each rotisserie spit is equipped with a separate heating element. The proximity of each spit to the infrared heaters results in very short grilling times. Each spit is driven by its own motor. If one motor or gearbox fails, all other spits continue to operate, ensuring smooth, continuous business.
The UBERT chimney hood grill comes standard with a stainless steel chimney hood.
The package includes grill skewers with long forks, end clamps, and a skewer lifter. Grill baskets are available separately for an additional charge.
