Unit equipped with a vertical overflow drain. Suitable for GN 2/1 containers + 2 x GN 1/3 containers with a maximum height of 10 cm. Armored heating elements encased in Incoloy located beneath the basin. A safety thermostat trips if the heating element is activated without water in the basin; manual reset is possible. The orange indicator on the control panel shows when the heating elements are activated. Specially designed knobs prevent water from entering the control panel. Note: GN containers not included. Equipped with a low-profile chimney.
