AISI 304 stainless steel heating elements are located in the bowls and can be rotated 90° for easy cleaning. Temperature control via a mechanical thermostat up to 190°C. Safety thermostat with manual reset. Indicator light on the control panel shows when the heating element is activated. Specially designed knobs to prevent water ingress into the control panel. Includes one 1/1" fryer basket and two 1/2" fryer baskets, as well as an oil drip tray. Equipped with a low chimney.
