The oven is designed for baking or heating foods such as bread, sweets, cookies, pizzas, and generally all foods made from flour. Important: Foods must be free of alcoholic ingredients. The key features of the rotary oven are its even heat distribution, high efficiency, and controlled air circulation inside the oven. The touch control panel has a color display that facilitates recipe creation and setting. The shelves rotate in the desired direction, and the time is set using the highly sensitive reduction motor. Steam is generated by the steam cartridges located at the rear right of the oven. A cold water connection is sufficient to operate the steam system. Adequate air circulation must be ensured at the oven's installation location. The ambient temperature must not exceed +50°C. This includes the oven's output heat. Steam vent: Ø100 mm chimney outlet.
