Robust stainless steel (AISI 304/441) gas fryer with a round bowl. The fryer has a frying capacity of 50 kg per hour (25 kg per hour for pre-frying) per bowl. Each bowl has a 13-liter diameter (36 cm including stainless steel lid) and features a cold zone with a bottom strainer. It has a double-walled, insulated hinged door. Each bowl has a low-profile drain tap and a drain (or filter) with a removable spout for easy and safe use. There is an upper tray for pre-cooked food with a perforated bottom for drainage. Heating is provided by a high-efficiency, round cast iron burner with an insulated combustion chamber. A chimney (one per bowl) vents the combustion gases. The gas valve is thermostatic and equipped with a thermocouple safety system and piezo ignition. An analog temperature display is located on the front of each bowl (7 cm diameter).
