Worktop made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 20/10 thickness, with removable enamelled trays. Cast iron cooking surface with central porthole. 9 kW double-ring burner for temperatures up to 500°C. Gas supply controlled by a thermostatic safety valve, automatic piezoelectric ignition. The unit is equipped with two burners: one 5.5 kW double-ring burner and one 3.5 kW single-ring burner. Stainless steel oven door, inside and out. Temperature adjustable from 50°C to 300°C, output 8 kW. Equipped with a low chimney.
