All models are made entirely of stainless steel. The rustproof burner, in combination with the stainless steel grates, allows for faster and more economical grilling thanks to preheating in less than 5 minutes. The advantage of grilling with a water grill is that the vapors from the warm fat, when it comes into contact with water, infuse the food with more flavor. High-speed grilling is possible thanks to the powerful burners. The food doesn't dry out because of the evaporation of water from the water drawer located beneath the grilling surface, which keeps the meat tender. This same water drawer also serves as a grease tray and facilitates easy cleaning of the appliance. Each side of the grill has an ignition switch for power control, as well as pilot and thermocouple safety features.
