Cook&Hold is a low-temperature cooking, production, and holding appliance. It maintains a constant temperature in the cooking chamber during both the cooking and holding phases, thanks to static heat. It features manual programming and electronic controls. Manual venting allows for humidity control. Removable feet with suction cups enable easy countertop mounting. A core temperature probe and an ergonomic, robust handle make it suitable for frequent and heavy use. The absence of a vent prevents the product from drying out without the need to humidify the cooking chamber, thus eliminating water consumption.
