The Pizzaform is a special press used to form pizza dough discs up to 52 cm in diameter. The press is now available in five models. Its main features include high throughput of up to 400 pizzas per hour without the need for specialized personnel. It ensures perfect uniformity of shape and thickness of the dough disc, without sacrificing the traditional crust, thanks to the special design of the chrome-plated pressing plates. The thickness of the dough discs can be easily adjusted. A thin layer of starch gel forms on the outside of the dough due to the electronically controlled plate temperature. This gas retention ensures optimal baking results, even in the center of the pizza. The device is made entirely of stainless steel and meets all requirements of international regulations.
