The transparent lid allows for easy monitoring of the liquid cream level in the reservoir and prevents continuous opening, which can lead to temperature loss. Both liquid and whipping cream are appropriately cooled throughout the entire process in the cream whipper, right up to the dispensing nozzle. The removable, indirectly cooled reservoir keeps the liquid cream at perfect temperatures and prevents the fats from separating from the water.
