Precise temperature control is achieved with an electronic thermostat. Humidity control keeps products moist and delicious. Features include an LED lighting system, two vertical openings (at a 180° angle) on the back, and a capacity of 3 x GN 1/1 or 400x600 mm pastry cases. Easy cleaning is ensured by the fully removable racks, wire supports, and water reservoir.
