All woods used are natural and additive-free, climate-friendly, and sustainable. The outer frame, legs, and cushions are made of vibrant North American larch wood. The larch wood selected for billiard table production is very hard and robust. The wood surface is brushed and then treated with natural oil to create a subtle, colored sheen with an antique look. The one-piece, 19 mm thick slate bed rests on a total of eight sturdy, warp-resistant crossbeams and 5 cm wide, solid spruce longitudinal beams. The additional vertical connection of the 20 cm wide corner legs and the longitudinal connection of the center beam guarantees absolute stability. Small, discreet leveling feet under the legs allow for fine adjustment on uneven floors. Even the ball pockets are made without PVC. The black ball pockets on the Madison Made of high-quality, genuine leather. The elastic and dimensionally stable cushion rubber is made of natural rubber in the tournament profile size K 66. The cushion frame and all other components are delivered disassembled. Therefore, the largest transport dimension is the one-piece slate board. To allow access to difficult-to-reach spaces, the 8ft version is also available with a 3-piece slate board, which even allows for transport up and down a spiral staircase.
